Medallion Quilts!

The Medallion QAL was so much fun!  I love how quilting can bring so many of us together with all our own fun styles!  I wanted to give credit for each quilt, either by first name or Flickr name.  If you don't see your quilt, be sure to let me know and I'll add it to the list.

Loving the border print around Quilter 411's quilt! Thanks for sharing all of these variations. I think I finally know how I want to do mine and where it will go!

Wow! Well done everyone! Loved everyones' takes--different fabrics, layouts etc. I think I counted 33 Medallion quilts! How awesome is that?

I see many had as much fun as I did with this quilt. I started right away and had all my quilt blocks done before the suggestion of the corner diamonds be added; oh well...more fabric, another quilt :)
Loved seeing everyone's variations on layout, color, its very inspiring!
Thanks for sharing :)

Mine is on the Flikr Page, however was not included on your main page. What do I need to do, if anything?

I love seeing the variations that everyone has come up with. Such a wonderful pattern, but then so much individual creativity added.

Oh wow! This must be SO cool for you, to see how so many different people have been inspired by your design and made it their own. You're just spreading all kinds of quilty goodness into the Universe, aren't you?!

But you know what really struck me was seeing all of these different versions QUILTED in so many different ways. It's rare to be able to see the same quilt top pattern with several different quilting schemes all in one place, and it really helps me to understand what a big part of the finished quilt the quilting is, and to see how different parts of the pieced design can be emphasized or minimized depending on quilting decisions. Of course, I love seeing how different the design looks in everyone's different fabrics, but I just was really surprised to see what a big difference quilting can make.

Everyone did a wonderful job, Congratulations to all of you!

Love the projects that managed to get finished in time for the QAL. I bagan my own finally in October and was surprised last evening at my UFO class that the tutorial had disappeared. I was going to square up 2 blocks worth and couldn't remember what the measurements were. I'm very diasppointed there was no warning of its removal as in past tutorials. I've been showing off my blocks and recommending people to buy a QCR and try out this fantastic tutorial. Alas, I guess I will stop showing it off so I don't tempt anyone with it. I do hope I printed out the tutorial for myself or I'm going to have to do some measuring to cut the rest.
