Slow progress is coming along for my "orange/white half square triangle quilt" and it is bright and orange and bright and orange! I think the best thing that has come out of this little project is the new curve block I'm adding. I don't think I would have ever come up with that block, if it weren't for this quilt. Funny how that happens sometimes!
There will be a curved design with in a design and some straight line designs going on too....should be a pretty wild one when done. Time is slipping though....again, we'll see if "time" is nice to me this week ;o)
...but I'm on a mission this week and my "getting a lot done under pressure" is coming out of me. Since I'm heading out of town next week, I've got a line up of "have to do" quilts to get done by the time I go!
This is one of many in the line up.
Yolanda did this quilt up and did a great job! You can view more pictures of it here.
And if you go over to Fat Quartely's Blog today, Dan did an amazing job on his Quick Curve Ruler Challenge and to add to that, he did some pretty wonderful quilting on it too!

Yay! WhhoooHooo! Yipee! I LOVE your quilting .. it's more amazing then I could have imagined. Thank you! I can't seem to post with my "id's" on your other blog (user error) so I am posting here - YES I have been stalking your block ;-)
I just love your orange and white HST quilt and I love the simplicity but total gorgeousness of the second one. Wow!
Just love how your Orange & White quilt is coming along. I'm excited to see more of it with those curves added in! Beautiful quilting on that Star quilt as well.
Eek, I'm so in love with your orange and white, and that curved block just puts it way over the top.
Love that quilt. Are you by any chance going to spring market? I get to go. Would so love to meet you!
