I have made three #twistedblossom blocks and it is fun. I plan to make at least 16.
I'm not sure if I'll stop at 9 or if I'll make the fabric work for 12 blocks. I also live in Tucson AZ so spending as much time at the pool or Lakes in AZ are definitely mandatory.
I'll be making four blocks ... a baby quilt for my granddaughter. My summertime fun includes lots of time with her while she is visiting for 6 weeks.
I have made two so far. The first one has been set side for now- then changed fabrics (using stash fabrics/scraps) and will make 4-5 to make a bed runner. Then probably a bigger quilt with different fabrics. Loving this pattern. It's wintertime here in New Zealand-and the coldest in 50 years, so it's not fun, but the sewing room is. I'm a summer girl so can't wait for it to warm up again.
I had a great summer and did a lot of fun stuff with my family and friends. I revamped my crafting room. I will make 16 Twisted Blossom blocks.
Poolside fun is on tap for summer here in NY but we have to have a pool heater! I plan to make between 20 and 25. Either 4x5 blocks or 5x5 blocks for a bed size quilt. We'll see what I end up with....
I plan on making at least 16 blocks. I have a week long family reunion with most of my cousins, hiking, biking and canoeing.

There's 16 blocks in my future - all Batiks in purple tones. 2 more camping trips this summer in our new trailer in between out of town soccer tournaments.
I'm shooting for 9 blocks when I get home from our trip to Iceland. We just went diving in 35 degree water!

I will make 25 blocks as I know my son wants a large quilt to cover his white sofa. He love the bright colors and feel of the Westminster Fabrics. As for another summer activity, I have gotten very involved at our senior center with different exercise classes, such as; Zumba, Balance, and TNT. I have more spare time in the summer and can make classes almost everyday.

I am planning on 16 as of this moment but we'll see where we end up. At the cottage right now and planning to go for a swim; we will spend most of our weekends here.
