Sister time is always the best! :)
Wow! Dallas was great!! Despite the freezing temperatures and icy roads! Going from freezing to freezing in Feb. isn't unheard of unless you're going to Dallas!!
Top of the Grand Mesa in Colorado (near Sherilyn's home) and a very cold and icy road in Dallas!
But, not to worry! The quilters of Dallas met us with a very warm welcome! We had a great time Thurs. evening at the Dallas Modern Quilt Guild for a trunk show and demo.

The next morning we had so much fun teaching and learning long-arm quilting techniques using our new rulers the QCR Sidekick.
Everyone in the class had an opportunity to test the sidekick rulers and show us their awesome quilting skills!
We spent Saturday teaching two classes - Metro Medallion and Chic Shells.
These Dallas ladies are quick learners and very talented quilters!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dallas and at Michelle's beautiful and amazing quilt shop Urban Spools!
We're looking forward to visiting Dallas again - especially when the weather is a little warmer! :)
Happy Quilting!

Hey Girls, we had a great time in the longarm class on Friday even though it took us 3 hours to get there and we were 2 hours late for the class due to the sleet and snow. What an adventure! Hope yall had a good time here.
Wonderful lecture and trunk show, and I really got a lot out of the chic shells class! Thank you! (Good job, Suzanne!!!)
Looks like you had lots of fun!
