Urban Nine Patch QAL ~ Week #8

Nothing like waiting till the very last minute to get my block done.

I'm showing this block on point, because when all blocks are on point it looks something like this:

This is interesting and I kind of like it.  It's an optional layout for those of you wondering what they might look like on point.  If I do this layout I would need to do up 5 more blocks ~ 13 total.

If you can see it.....the outer edge of all the blocks...would sort of create an inner scalloped framed edge.

Something to think about.

If I did this layout I would fill in the holes with the same gray background and would need 4 more ~ total of 12.  I really like this layout, I think the blocks would stand out individually and showcase the 2 color scheme of each block.

This is what they look like with this layout.  I would need 4 more blocks for this layout ~ 12 total.  I would possibly consider adding more blocks around the outer edge for a border.  I talked more about that here

I didn't get to doing up an Urban Deco block this week.  It will have to wait till next week.

Remember to share your Urban Nine Patch and Urban Deco blocks here.  We would love to see them and of course all love comments and would love to know what you think of them!

I really love these blocks on point like the first version. That really changes it up. These blocks are so versatile and just by turning them you come up with that great layout. Awesome!
