Cheery Churndash

 Can I just say, I love traditional blocks!  Over the summer I thought it would be fun to come up with different ways to take your traditional blocks and funk them up a little bit.  This was really easy to do, because I did the blocks all raw edge applique.  I kind of liked how it turned out.  I'm not sure I would do so many feathers for the quilting next time.   And not sure about the border either.  But overall it was fun to do and that's all that counts!
