Holiday Happenings!

Helen has had a great time turning our free "Mini Trees" pattern into amazing Christmas gifts! We love them all!

We have loved seeing all of the Mini Trees creations on Insta Gram. They work up fast and make great Christmas gifts.

"Chic Country" is quickly becoming a customer favorite! Jenny made the one above. It's gorgeous!! She made it into a baby quilt! Lucky recipient! :)
The one below is a customer quilt. Andrea @practicaldazzle on IG made this beauty!

Some how, Jenny has also found time at this very busy time of year to "play"! She made this amazing table runner using fabric snowflakes.

1⃣ Use a 6 sided snowflake cut from square tutorial. I used 11" and 9" squares. (Google this). 2⃣ Fold fabric as if it were paper, pressing between each fold. 3⃣ Using sharp scissors cut out your snowflake. Then open and press snowflake flat. 4⃣ Raw edge appliqué all snowflake edges starting in the center and going out. I double stitched on the very out edge of snowflake. 5⃣ Challenge yourself to custom quilt your snowflakes and have fun!!

Jenny has also been playing with our new QCR Mini.  Check out this fantastic design!

And, just a reminder about our other free holiday pattern, "Fun Poinsettia".  This pattern can also be made smaller using the QCRMini. Just follow the block instructions for the pattern that comes with the QCR Mini.

We hope you are all enjoying this beautiful time of year... working on Christmas projects and enjoying family and friends.

Happy Quilting!

Jenny, it's nice to see that you are quilting and being creative. I know sometimes when you're in a creative business, work can drain some of your mojo for your own projects. Your baby quilt is A-MAZ-ING! You have such a way with color. Merry Christmas!

I love the colours of the chic country quilt. Which fabric line is it?
