Interested in a curvy quilt along?
Have you bought the Quick Curve Ruler and have not put it to use yet?
Have you been thinking of getting the Quick Curve Ruler?
Maybe the "Urban Nine Patch" will entice you!
The "Urban Nine Patch" Curvy Quilt Along will start next Thursday! I will admit I've never been part of a Quilt Along and would LOVE, first, your participation and second, your suggestions. Leave a comment letting me know you would love to join in and any suggestions for me that has to do with a Quilt Along.
The "Urban Nine Patch" is a great way to use some of your beautiful scraps, prints or solids or maybe you have a fabric line you haven't known what to do with...this would be a great block for that too!
Just imagine, after you've made multiple "Urban Nine Patch" blocks, the design that will be created when sewed together! The finished block will end up being a 12" x 12" square. It won't take many, sewn together, to create an awesome quilt!
It's not to late to order your Quick Curve Ruler so you can join in on the "Urban Nine Patch" Curvy Quilt Along too!
Okay....quilters, let's get our CURVE on!!
ahhhhh! i love it! awesome!
I would really like to participate I just got my ruler and can’t wait to use it. I have been franticly working on two quilts for the QA quilt show and I have been devoting all my time to that so I will have to give up sleeping if I’m going to do it, but you can sleep when you die right?
OMGosh, I have so many other projects, but I can't say no to this QAL. I'm in!
Wow you just don't stop - another wondeful pattern! I'm definitely in!
I love it! I would hope to join you. I'm expecting in 4 weeks so I'm not sure I'll keep up, but I hope to join in anyway! :)
oh, you're killing me!!! I already started the Swoon quilt along (one block done so far, but almost all material cut out), and I have a super secret project I started today, but this block is AMAZING! When would it start? A couple weeks away hopefully?
I would love to participate. I haven't done a QAL yet, but this one looks fun!
Hi Jenny, is your ruler distributed in Australia yet? Just discovered your blog and quilts a few weeks ago and love what you are making.
This is so cute! It looks like the traditional block called Improved Nine Patch, and with that fancy sashing, I think you have "improved" it even more ;) I've never done a QAL, but I may just jump right in.
Count me in! I have your ruler but I haven't given it a workout yet!
Count me in-this looks like great fun!
In! Peace by Piece!
Yes please. I'm just putting Abacus together and really loving sewing the curves together without pinning first!
I would love to joing in the fun. I've never done a Quilt a Long but I'm sure this one is going to be super fun!
Woohoo, I just got my ruler in the mail! I'm definitely in. Now the only decision is whether to use prints or all solids…hmmm...
I am in!! Just love this block, and can't wait to get started,
I'm in too!
I'm in! This is a great way to make sure I have time for myself. :)
I suggest that you set up a Flickr pool for the pictures.
Oh - I am in!
I'm in, and hoping I can keep up. Love the idea
Oh you are so, so cruel. That solid block is awesome. And now you have me dithering between the promised finishes and starting something new
Yip, cruel, is the only word.
What a great block. I'm definitely going to do this.
What a great block. I'm definitely going to do this.
I'm in too, these blocks look lovely! I just ordered your ruler too.
OOO this looks AMAZING!!!! COUNT ME IN!
Lovely block! I just ordered my ruler.
Excited to give this a whirl...ordered the ruler...now on to my stash:)
Sounds fantastic, I will have to see if I can pick up the ruler this weekend.
Count me in - even tho I swore off any more joining after a completely out of control sign up frenzy I recently went on... this one is too good to say no to:)
It would be really nice if the pace wasn't too quick because as I mentioned... I've got a lot of other deadlines and it should be fun and not high pressure, right?
I am in...Now to pick out of the stash.
OK, I want to try it also, the ruler is ordered. I've never done a quilt along! Sounds like fun!!
Count me in! I have my ruler.... now just to pick out fabrics!
I am so in! Found you from Green Fairy Quilts blog, I love your stuff! Can't wait to play along... curves intimidate me, what better way to "get over it" lol.
I am in.
I am in.
Ordered my ruler and looking forward to this QAL! This is the first one I've joined because it's the first one that really grabbed my attention. Will you be posting a list of yardage needed? I realize it will vary quite a bit with each person, but I'm terrible at estimating what I need.
I've been wanting to try curves! Saw your ruler demonstrated over at colormequilty.blogspot.com earlier this week and loved it! So happy to see you are doing a QAL. Now I have to get the ruler ordered ASAP
Can someone explain what a quilt along is to me? Sounds fun but I have no idea what it is.
Your ruler arrived today thank you. Am seriously tempted as that's such a great looking block!
I would love to participate. Where can I order my ruler and what else do I need?
Please count me in too! I just ordered the ruler and can't wait to start. Your tutorials are great and this should be a fun project. I am looking forward to seeing what other people create. Off to get started making the center blocks!
I would like to joina and will purchase the ruler but do you have a printed pattern/instructions?
Just found the instructions that I requested, sorry, clicked before I looked.
I have now ordered me 6 pieces of your Quiche curve ruver. And I am looking forward to arriving in the mail ...
You will hear from me when I tried them ...
