More quilting and a mini family vacation.

I'm making progress on Sharon's quilt.  It's not going as quickly as I would like it to go but I do love how it's turning out!

...and towards the end of last week we took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge, a fun indoor water park and Hotel.

It was lot's of fun!  It's like summer in the winter.  I did get a little nauseous from going down one of the slides backwards....but still lot's of fun!

  12. Love the quilt - both the pattern and the quilting. We have a Great Quilt Lodge near Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada. That's not the one you went to.. was it??

  16. Wow, I wasn't a fan of the quilt until I see it quilted. I don't mean to say the workmanship on the piecing wasn't spectacular, but the color and pattern didn't appeal me to that much. However, after seeing the quilting, I'm loving this quilt!
