"Metro"...here we come!!

Since releasing the Quick Curver Ruler about a year and half ago, the number one request has been "You should do up a Double Wedding Ring Pattern"!!  Helen was asked the same request too, so we started playing around with the idea.  That was last October and 6 months later I am happy to say "Metro Rings" along with "Metro Hoops" and "Metro Waves" are being printed right now!







My talented friend Andrea did the photography and like always did an amazing job!

There were also some great quilters that tested these patterns for us.  I woke up to a special treat this morning from Jennifer.  She tested "Metro Rings" for us and used a "Happy Go Lucky" Jelly Roll by Bonnie and Camille.  


Isn't this fantastic!  I love it so much!  I love the red and aqua setting triangles.  This is officially the 2nd Metro Rings quilt done up and Jennifer did a fantastic job!  

...and just in case your wondering, the patterns will be available for purchase this coming Thursday at sewkindofwonderful.com and if you've never made a sewkindofwonderful pattern, each pattern is made using the Quick Curve Ruler.  A fast and easy approach to sewing curves!!

    Yes! I can hardly wait! My in laws will be married 40 years in June and my folks 50 years in November. Now to hunt for a new favorite jelly roll. :-)

    Have your ruler and several of your patterns, but must say your quilting really makes your quilts spectacular! If your daughter has half your talent, she should do well with that college fund!!

    Congrats on the new pattern releases - the Metro Ring is a must. Does the jelly roll save a lot of cutting time? I just might have to go that route if so.
