This poor quilt has been folded and tucked away for way to long!
It now has a name though, "Urban Holiday"!
It's longing to be quilted and put on display for the Holiday's and so I'm letting it have it's way and am going to quilt it up!
I've been told the Grinch's head can be seen in this quilt and I totally agree but I refuse to quilt in the Grinch's face. Refuse!
My original plan for this quilt is to quilt each oval as if it were a Christmas Ornament.
I've been inspired by the beautiful ornaments out there. I hope my plan works and I can turn "Urban Holiday" into a collage of ornaments rather than spots of the Green Grinch's head!
Wish me luck! ;o)
P.S. Don't forget about the Giveaway happening this weekend! More detail here.

I. Love. This. Quilt! I know when you quilt it, it will be even more amazing than it already is! I agree with Aunti Pami. Your colors are spectacular.
Once quilted I am sure the Grinch will disappear.
